This website is operated by We Can Custom LLC, trading as 4th & Zuri. By browsing 4thandzuri.com or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

1. What we sell here

This website sells newly made women's blouses and shirts. They are manufactured in standard sizes, stocked in multiple colours, and shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China.

They are not antiques, not second-hand, not upcycled and not made to order. The vintage and antique stock in our Kalispell, Montana building is sold in person only and is not available through this site.

2. Who can order

By ordering you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, that the payment details you enter are yours to use, and that you will not use this site for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malicious code.

3. Product descriptions, colour and measurements

We describe what our supplier tells us and what the photographs show, and we say so when the two disagree.

  • Where our supplier publishes a fibre content, we print it on the product page. Where they do not, the page says that instead of naming a fabric we cannot verify.
  • We do not publish garment measurement charts on our product pages, because our supplier's size data is not consistent enough to print. If you email us the style and the size you are considering, we will measure that garment by hand and reply. Those figures are of the garment laid flat, not of your body, with a tolerance of about 1 inch.
  • Colours vary between screens. A shade that looks warm on one monitor can look cool on another.

4. Prices and availability

  • All prices are in US dollars and can change without notice.
  • We may correct a pricing or description error, or refuse or cancel an order placed on wrong information, even after you have paid. If we do, we refund you in full and email you.
  • Stock figures are live but can move between the moment you add to cart and the moment you pay.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Card details are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. See the Payment Policy.

6. Shipping, cancellation and returns

  • Cancellation: free within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Delivery: 1 to 3 business days processing plus 8 to 15 business days transit, to United States addresses only.
  • Returns: 14 calendar days from delivery, including for change of mind, with no restocking fee.

7. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and the 4th & Zuri name on this site belong to We Can Custom LLC or to our suppliers, and are protected by United States and international law. You may view and download them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

4th & Zuri is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to any third-party brand or designer, and nothing on this site implies that we are. Any third-party names or marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Accounts and communication

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for what happens under your account. We contact you about orders by email at the address you gave at checkout, so keep it current. Marketing email only goes to people who opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, We Can Custom LLC and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product bought through it. This site and its content are provided as is. Nothing here limits any right you have under United States consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, with the date at the top revised. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
