At 4th & Zuri, we curate rare, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Because these items are unique, we process orders rapidly to secure your find and prepare it for shipment. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the moment your purchase is completed. Within this timeframe, you may cancel your order for a full refund without any penalty.
Once this 24-hour window expires, your order enters our final inspection and fulfillment stage and cannot be canceled. After this point, if you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy upon receiving your package.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure your request is processed before fulfillment, please contact us immediately via email:

*Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase to expedite the process.
3. Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address or remove an item, please reach out within the same 24-hour window. While we strive to accommodate modifications, they are not guaranteed once our fulfillment team has begun preparing your vintage piece.
4. Cancellations by 4th & ZURI
Rarely, we may be forced to cancel an order due to:
- Item found unfit for sale during final quality inspection.
- Inventory discrepancies for one-of-a-kind items.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
In these cases, you will be notified immediately via email, and a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing for Cancellations
Approved cancellations are refunded back to the original payment method:
- Internal Processing: 24–48 hours upon approval.
- Bank Processing: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
