Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a 4th & Zuri order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After that window the order has been released to our fulfilment partner and can no longer be stopped.

1. The 24-hour cancellation window

You have 24 hours from the moment your payment is completed to cancel for a full refund, with no fee of any kind.

Once the 24 hours have passed, your order has been released to our fulfilment partner and cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item once it arrives, use our Return and Refund Policy instead. That policy accepts returns for change of mind, so you are not stuck with the order.

2. How to request a cancellation

  1. Email support@4thandzuri.com.
  2. Put Cancellation Request and your order number in the subject line.
  3. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can match the order.

We answer emails Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

3. Changing an order instead of cancelling

Address changes and item removals follow the same 24-hour window. We will try to make the change, but once the order has been released to our fulfilment partner we cannot alter it.

4. When we cancel an order

We may have to cancel an order ourselves in three situations:

  • The item fails our supplier's quality check before dispatch.
  • The stock figure was wrong and the size or colour you ordered is not available.
  • The payment is flagged as fraudulent.

If that happens we email you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. How cancellation refunds are processed

Your bank posts it to your account 3 to 7 business days

Refunds always go back to the payment method you used. We do not issue store credit unless you ask for it.
