This policy explains what 4th & Zuri, operated by We Can Custom LLC, collects when you use 4thandzuri.com, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We do not sell your personal information.

1. What we collect

What you give us

  • Contact and delivery details: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number.
  • Order details: the items, sizes and colours you bought, and confirmation that payment succeeded.
  • Account details: your login and saved preferences, if you create an account.
  • Support messages: what you write to us and what we write back.

What we collect automatically

  • Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, time on site.

This is collected with cookies and similar technologies. Your browser settings control most of it, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information on our Your Privacy Choices page.

What others tell us

  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments and PayPal) confirm that a charge succeeded and pass us the card brand and last four digits. They never pass us your full card number, and we never store it.
  • Carriers and our fulfilment partner send us dispatch and delivery updates.

2. Why we use it

  • To fulfil your order: take payment, ship the item, handle returns and refunds.
  • To talk to you about an order: confirmations, dispatch notices, tracking, replies to your questions.
  • To prevent fraud: spot and stop fraudulent transactions.
  • To market to you, only if you opt in: newsletters and offers, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the companies that make an order work.

  • Shopify, which hosts this store.
  • Shopify Payments and PayPal, which process payments.
  • Our fulfilment partner and the shipping carriers, which pack and deliver your order.
  • Professional advisers and law enforcement, where the law requires it.

Your delivery address goes to our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China, because that is where your order ships from. They use it to address and dispatch your parcel and for nothing else.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, you can ask us to:

  • Access: send you a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Delete: erase your personal information.
  • Correct: fix anything inaccurate.
  • Opt out: stop marketing, or stop the sharing of your information for advertising.

Email support@4thandzuri.com to exercise any of these. We reply within 30 days and we will not treat you differently for asking.

5. Security and how long we keep things

Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted with TLS, and payments run through PCI-DSS compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, so we hold only what we need.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and we delete marketing contact details when you unsubscribe or ask us to.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted, with the date at the top revised.
