- Production Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time | USA: 5–10 business days
- Shipping Time | Worldwide: 7–15 business days
- Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

- In rare cases outside our control, shipping may extend to 15–20 business days.
- Production time and shipping time are calculated in business days only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in the technical processing stage.
Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns if the issue arises from 4th & Zuri, including:
- Wrong size compared to the order details.
- Incorrect design or print differing significantly from the product page.
- Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., tearing, breaking, or visible print defects).
- Wrong style or item received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason due to our on-demand production process.

Exchanges
Free replacement for 4th & Zuri errors (wrong item, design, or damage). Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
